Isla's passion for mental health advocacy is deeply personal. At just 12 years old, she lost her father to a mental health crisis — an experience that changed the course of her life and gave her a clear sense of purpose. Since then, Isla has been committed to working on her own mental health and breaking down the stigma that so often keeps people from asking for help.
For Isla, wellness isn't just physical — it's emotional, and it's communal. She believes deeply in the power of friendship and connection, and knows firsthand how much it matters to feel supported by people who truly show up for you. When she's not working on Wellness Wave initiatives, you can find her at the beach, taking long walks to clear her mind, or in a Pilates class centering her body and breath.
Isla co-founded The Wellness Wave to make sure other girls have the space, support, and community she wishes had been more accessible during her hardest moments — and to help normalize the conversation around mental health, one honest connection at a time.

Amelie's journey to The Wellness Wave started with a simple but powerful realization: when the stress of teenage life feels overwhelming, community changes everything. Time and again, she's found that leaning on her friends is what helps her feel grounded, supported, and less alone — and she wants every girl to have that same experience.
That belief is at the heart of why Amelie co-founded The Wellness Wave. She's seen firsthand how connection can ease anxiety and stress, and she's passionate about creating spaces where other girls can build the same kind of friendships and community that have carried her through hard moments. For Amelie, wellness isn't something you have to figure out alone — it's something built together.
When she's not working on Wellness Wave events, Amelie can be found at the beach, going for walks, or simply spending time with the friends who mean so much to her — the same people who inspired her to help build this community in the first place.

Chloe is a natural leader with an energy that brings people together. Warm, outgoing, and confident, she has a way of making people feel included and comfortable being themselves. She values her friendships deeply and believes some of the best moments come from simply connecting, laughing, and showing up for one another.
Creative and artistic, Chloe has always been drawn to the ocean and the outdoors. Whether she’s by the water, creating art, playing tennis, or spending time with friends, she finds inspiration in staying active, being present, and doing the things that make her feel most like herself.
For Chloe, wellness doesn’t have to be perfect — it’s about finding a good balance. It means taking care of yourself while still enjoying life, surrounding yourself with people who lift you up, staying active, and finding healthy ways to manage the pressures of everyday life.
Chloe co-founded The Wellness Wave with two of her closest friends to create a welcoming community where girls can come together, move, connect, support one another, and have fun. She hopes The Wellness Wave inspires girls to feel confident in who they are, build meaningful friendships, and find the balance that helps them feel their best.
